I enjoyed my stay, especially the comfortable beds and great heating system during chilly nights, though the narrow stairs were a bit tricky with bags.

Very close to the train station, perfect as a place to sleep and catch an early train
The neighbourhood is the red light district. Don't expect to walk around in the evening to find a nice place to eat close. I found only red windows with half-naked women inside and shady dudes sitting around on the street. The room itself was a one-room dorm: bed, toilet and shower in the same space.

Comfortable beds were a positive highlight of my stay.
I faced significant issues . The room was not only dirty, with dust and unclear stains on the surfaces, but there was also a persistent damp smell which was quite uncomfortable. Despite requesting a change of room, the alternative option was still unsatisfactory, compounded by the unhelpful attitude of the staff regarding our concerns, which left me feeling quite frustrated throughout my trip.

The hotel setted public pc for guests and free 15 minutes internet and if you need to print out some documents, receptionist will kindly acccept. Many hotel in Brussel don't offer free internet so this hotel was good in this point.
My room was on the ground floor and there was cleaning tools and extra bed in front of my door which made me unconfortable feeling. The room was good enough space, but smelled garlic through nights..maybe due to the room was behind kitchen...

The breakfast was a highlight, with mouthwatering croissants, made every morning delicious. The staff were accommodating. The comfortable beds also added a touch of coziness to the experience.
Unfortunately, I was given a room that reeked and had questionable cleanliness, only to receive a basement alternative filled with mold, cockroaches, and noise. Quite the adventure! But despite this, the location kept my spirits up during my escapade.

I stayed in this modernized hotel for 2 days, had fine experience, liked its peaceful location next to brussels-noord train station, and the metro n shopping centre. Queen room was cheap with exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

- Chambre fumeur - Wifi payant - Rideaux (pas de volets => lumière du jour pénétrante) - Prix de départ trop élevé / - Smoking room - WiFi charge - Curtains (no shutters => daylight penetrating) - Crossed price too high.

I liked its price and friendly staff.
There was no free wifi in the rooms and the appearance was shabby.

Hotel Albergo offered a very convenient location just a 5-minute walk from Gare du Nord. Easily accessible via metro, it made navigating Brussels easy. The triple room was spacious and comfortably fit my wife, teenage daughter, and me. Cleanliness was commendable, and the bathroom was excellent for a family setup. Mustafa at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly, offering great tips on local attractions. A couple of aspects could use improvement. The lack of hooks for towels and coats in the room was inconvenient. Despite there being a non-smoking policy, I picked up a faint odor of cigarette smoke that lingered in the room. While the cleaning staff did a good job, I noticed some areas could benefit from a deeper clean, especially behind the furniture. A solid choice for the price but with minor adjustments needed for a better experience.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a central area, not far from the nord train station as well as shopping centres and Brussels Nord train station. The staff were friendly and amicable too...
